Wellcraft 166 American

This is my first boat. I was spending a lot of time on a lake, watching people on boat going past. They seemed to be having a blast tubing and water skiing. Obviously, I needed a boat; having a boat would be a lot more fun than sitting on shore.

I bought this boat, which seemed a good first boat. It wasn't too big or too small. It had a simple little four cylinder sterndrive, so it would not use too much gas. And since I was going to keep it at my friend's house, and let my friend's family use it,  simple was a good thing!
